2. Services Provided

We provide professional driving tuition across London in both automatic and manual vehicles. Services include:
• Beginner lessons
• Intensive courses
• Pass Plus
• Motorway lessons
• Refresher lessons
All instructors are DVSA-approved and lessons are available 7 days a week from 6:00am to 6:00pm.

3. Bookings & Payments
   • Lessons can be booked individually (Pay As You Go) or as a block.
   • A deposit is required before any booking is confirmed.
   • Payment methods: Cash or Bank Transfer.
   • All deposits are non-refundable, including those for lessons and car hires.
   • Block bookings are valid for 3 months and must be completed within this time.
   • Refunds are only available within 14 days of the first lesson. After this period, lessons can be frozen, but no refund will be given.

4. Cancellations & Missed Lessons
   • A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a lesson.
   • Failure to provide notice will result in the full lesson fee being charged.
   • No refunds will be issued for no-shows or late cancellations.
   • For block bookings, no refund requests will be accepted after 14 days from the first lesson.

5. Pupil Responsibilities
   • Pupils must bring their valid UK provisional driving licence to every lesson.
   • Failure to present a valid licence will result in the lesson being cancelled and the full fee charged.
   • Pupils must inform us of any medical conditions, eyesight issues, or DVSA-imposed restrictions.
   • Suitable footwear must be worn: no sandals, flip-flops, or heavy/bulky shoes.

6. Instructor Responsibilities
   • We do not guarantee the same instructor for every lesson.
   • In rare cases where a vehicle is unavailable (e.g., breakdown), the lesson may be postponed.
   • Learn2DriveASAP Ltd is not liable for any inconvenience or loss caused by instructor absence or vehicle issues.

7. Franchise Instructors
   • Some instructors operate under our franchise model.
   • All bookings and contracts are held directly with Learn2DriveASAP Ltd.
   • We are not liable for individual conduct or service issues outside the agreed scope.

8. Use of Vehicle for Driving Tests
   • Use of the instructor’s car for a driving test is available only if the instructor deems the pupil test-ready.
   • Instructors reserve the right to refuse use of the vehicle if the pupil is not adequately prepared or presents a safety concern.
   • No refunds will be given for test bookings cancelled due to the pupil not being test-ready.

10. Limitation of Liability
    • Learn2DriveASAP Ltd is not responsible for any damages, injuries, or losses arising from driving lessons, vehicle use, or instructor conduct, except where required by law.
    • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason deemed appropriate, including but not limited to inappropriate behaviour, safety concerns, or breach of these terms.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
